CONFIRM YOUR BOARD PRODUCTION
By choosing your model and paying this €150.00 deposit, you officially secure a production slot (which are limited) for the 26/27 season. You are commissioning the build of your snowboard and locking in the Reserved Tester Price compared to the official list price.
INDUSTRIAL QUALITY GUARANTEE UZTZU boards are not prototypes. They are produced in the prestigious Keil Nindl factory (Austria), the same one that manufactures for the world's top brands. By booking today, you directly fund the raw materials and skilled labor for your specific board.
WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE? You don't have to pay everything upfront. The request for the final balance will be sent on September 5, 2026. From that moment, you will have 20 days (until October 25) to complete the payment comfortably. We will ship your board immediately after the balance is settled.

💡 WHY THIS OPTION? (Staff Note) After the Test Day, we discussed it and realized one thing: asking for the full amount months in advance can be scary. We decided to open this possibility specifically to meet you halfway: we want those who have the "right feeling" to join the team without immediate financial stress. Lock it in today with a small amount, settle the rest later calmly.
OFFICIAL 2-YEAR WARRANTY Rest easy. All UZTZU boards are covered by an International 2-Year Warranty against any manufacturing defects (delamination, insert issues, etc.). We build less, but better: if the factory makes a mistake, we take responsibility and replace the board. The warranty starts the moment you receive your board.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UZTZU produces in a limited series based on received orders. By paying this amount, the factory starts the construction of YOUR specific board (Model/Size). Therefore, this amount acts as a confirmation deposit and CANNOT be refunded in case of cancellation or failure to pay the balance by the deadline.
1. Copertura della garanzia
UZTZU garantisce che tutte le tavole da snowboard sono libere da difetti di materiali e di lavorazione per un periodo di 2 (due) anni dalla data di acquisto originale, se acquistate presso rivenditori o distributori autorizzati UZTZU.
Durante questo periodo, UZTZU si impegna – a propria discrezione – a riparare o sostituire la tavola risultata difettosa, con un modello identico o equivalente di pari valore e caratteristiche.
2. Cosa copre
La garanzia copre esclusivamente difetti strutturali riconducibili alla produzione, tra cui:
- delaminazioni spontanee tra base, anima e topsheet;
- difetti negli inserti o nella filettatura;
- rotture del core o anomalie di incollaggio non derivanti da impatto o abuso;
- deformazioni anomale dovute a errori di fabbricazione.
3. Cosa non copre
La garanzia non copre danni causati da:
- urti, impatti, schiacciamenti o abrasioni da rail, rocce o ostacoli;
- uso improprio, mancanza di manutenzione o rimessaggio scorretto;
- modifiche, forature o montaggi non conformi;
- normale usura estetica (graffi, sbeccature, scolorimenti, grafiche danneggiate);
- esposizione a calore, sole, solventi o fonti chimiche.
4. Modalità di richiesta
Per richiedere l’assistenza in garanzia:
- Invia una mail con la richiesta a info@uztzu.it
- Invia la prova d’acquisto (scontrino o fattura) e un'unico video (con wetransfer) in alta risoluzione con una buona illuminazione in cui si veda chiaramente ogni particolare di danno, soletta, lamine, topsheet della tavola per cui si richiede l'intervento in garanzia
- UZTZU valuterà il caso entro 10 giorni lavorativi e comunicherà l’esito al cliente.
Se il difetto è coperto, la tavola verrà riparata o sostituita.
Le spese di spedizione verso UZTZU sono a carico del cliente; la spedizione di ritorno sarà coperta da UZTZU.
5. Limitazioni
- La garanzia è valida solo per l’acquirente originale e non è trasferibile.
- Le tavole acquistate tramite canali non autorizzati o di seconda mano non sono coperte.
- UZTZU non è responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall’uso del prodotto.
6. Filosofia
Ogni tavola UZTZU nasce in un laboratorio alpino indipendente.
Costruiamo meno, ma meglio: se qualcosa non è come dovrebbe, lo sistemiamo.
Il nostro impegno è reale – non solo sulla neve, ma anche nel post-vendita.
